With a background in brand strategy, I approach copy with the intent of long term brand building. So as an exercise for writing in different contexts, below is how I imagine the tone of voice coming to life for the Los Angeles Lakers.

TONE OF VOICE
One of the keys to successfully building a brand is to establish a consistent tone of voice. To ensure consistency across all platforms and contexts, I find that it is always important to establish guardrails for the copywriter and content creators.
EMAIL BODY COPY
Below: Copy that showcases a member of the South Bay Lakers and the in-game experience with the intent of piquing the curiosity of first-time G League game attendees.
Join us as the South Bay Lakers go head to head with the AC Clippers for a game to claim LA. Get a glimpse of fan favorite Andre Ingram and the rest of the squad in an up close and personal game day experience.
